We are experienced in preparing, lodging and being granted resource consents, including residential, tourism accommodation, student accommodation, commercial and retail premises, community support activities, subdivisions and for earthworks.
In addition, we provide specialist development advise, with the aim of assisting the resource consent process. This includes involvement in initial concept design, discussions with neighbours, and pre-application meetings with Council. All with the aim of reducing uncertainty, time and cost within the process.

In addition to the above we have successfully applied for a number of resource consents which were processed as non-notified for private dwellings.
Examples of projects which proceeded as 'notified' includes:
- Roseneath, Dunedin - application for land use consent to undertake earthworks and establish a residential unit. No submissions received, so the application was considered under delegated authority.
- Townleys Road, Dunedin - resource consent application for an Industrial Activity in the rural zone.
- Woodhaugh Street, Dunedin - application for resource consent to establish and operate a motor caravan park for certified self-contained vehicles.
- Warrington - application for resource consent to establish residential activity.
